A Journey Through
French Cuisine

Each evening begins with a champagne reception, followed by a curated 7-course degustation menu that changes with the seasons. Our chef sources ingredients daily from local Balinese markets and artisan French importers.

Wine pairing is available as an optional add-on — our sommelier selects 5 glasses to complement each course.
